Our residential replacement window program is simple and transparent. You select the window style and color, we measure and provide you with a detailed quote showing your total price. We then order and install. Most installations can be scheduled within 2 weeks and typically only take 1-2 days to complete.

Window wrapping refers to the process of cutting and form-fitting aluminum coil along the outside of windows and other trim areas.
There are many benefits to paying for this extra service. The first is the simple aesthetic addition window wrapping adds to your home. Instead of having a plain-looking window, window wrapping can give your home a touch of class and elegance. The aluminum coil comes in a variety of colors.
Another big benefit for many homeowners is the maintenance-free aspect. Window wrapping requires little to no upkeep. This worry-free aspect also includes possible leakage, which can be damaging to your home. By placing this extra barrier around leak-prone areas, you could be saving quite a bit of money on repairs on repairs down the road.

Got recommended 316 wholesale from a real estate friend of mine. I will say I'm glad he did, Cory came in gave me a bid and timeline. The bid was the most reasonable one i received after shopping 2-3 other installers. After they installed my windows they also did a black aluminum wrapping to polish off the look. Going forward they will be my first call for my own home, investment homes and flips.

316 Direct Wholesale!!!! I contacted them to get a second quote on replacement windows! Cory, was helpful during the estimate by answering questions and some I didn’t even think to ask! Cory came, quoted me under under what the big named construction companies did so it was a no brainer!Due to it being 2022 and everything being pushed back Cory said it might be 14-16 weeks before the windows got it in, however it was not that long at all. As soon as the windows came in Cory worked with my schedule and had my 10 windows replaced in no time! They cleaned any mess they made and have my house looking great. First i’m not one to write reviews like I should. I typically only write when I have really bad experiences or extremely good ones. This review one of my good ones. We have had replacement windows on our plate for years. Every year when we talk about it the costs are just a bit too much to pull the trigger. Ran in to Cory and he offered to quote our windows. Once I received the quote I had to ask twice if the price was correct or if he had maybe overlooked something. After we ordered, I still was a bit skeptical if there was going to be some hidden costs that would come into the equation as it almost felt too good to be true. I could not of been further off-base in my thinking. 316 ordered my windows, scheduled the installation, and installed my windows as promised. A bit mine blowing to get what was promised on time at a great value. Now with a good experience under my belt, I decided to continue down the path on more windows. I have since done two rentals, and my son and daughter-in-law had their house completed. I have had multiple properties done for close to an original competitor quote I had on a single house. AND my last experience was as good as the first. It’s refreshing to get a great product at a great value coupled with real customer service. If you have been waiting for replacement windows to become affordable. In my opinion the wait is over. - Scott
